Objectives without implementation are just ink on paper, and ensuring implementation is always evidence of the smart goal that is accompanied by seriousness in achieving it.

Sometimes implementation is not an easy task, especially if the goal is long-term and requires many steps to be achieved.

Before following any plan, be sure to:

1- Determine the expected time to implement the goal.

2- Determine the steps you need to take in detail.

3- Determine the responsibilities and tasks and who are assigned to them (for example, who is responsible for each step? Who is responsible for supervision and follow-up?).

4- Determine the sources through which it will be implemented (if a specific step requires funding or any other sources).

5- Determine the result and the expected output from the above.
